JEE Advanced Exam Analysis for Paper 1: Subject-Wise Review
The JEE Advanced exam comprises three subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. In Paper 1, a total of 51 questions were asked. Students were provided with scribble pads for rough work. Below is a detailed review of each subject’s paper.
JEE Advanced Mathematics Paper Review
The Mathematics section of JEE Advanced Paper 1 was of easy-to-moderate difficulty. The questions covered topics like Statistics, Definite Integrals, and Functions. There were also notable questions from Permutation & Combination and 3-D Geometry. However, questions related to circles tended to be a bit lengthy.
JEE Advanced Chemistry Paper Review
The Chemistry section featured a significant number of questions from Organic Chemistry. Inorganic Chemistry had direct questions from NCERT, while Physical Chemistry included questions from Thermodynamics, Chemical Equilibrium, Chemical Kinetics, and Atomic Structure. Organic Chemistry tested candidates on mixed concepts, with most questions focusing on Amines, Polymers, and Biomolecules.
JEE Advanced Physics Paper Review
Physics was the toughest section compared to the others. It placed emphasis on topics such as Electrostatics, Modern Physics, Kinematics, and Optics. The challenging nature of the Physics questions made this section particularly demanding in JEE Advanced Paper 1.
JEE Advanced 2024 Paper 1 : Reaction of Students of Arbind Singh Academy
According to student feedback, the difficulty level of the paper was moderate to difficult. Mathematics and Chemistry were particularly challenging, while Physics was of moderate difficulty.
