In light of the Supreme Court’s observation regarding the compromised ‘sanctity’ of the NEET UG 2024 exam, the Union Education Minister asserted that there was “no concrete evidence of any kind of rigging, corruption or paper leak.” However, with widespread student protests and concerns about the integrity of the exam, the following solutions are proposed:
Re-exams: Due to the publicized unfair practices, re-exams should be organized with a one-month notice to restore confidence among students, parents, and teachers.- Online Exam Format: Transitioning to an online examination format will help prevent future leaks and ensure exam security.
- Increased Difficulty Level: To manage the number of top scorers, at least 20% of the exam questions should be designed to test higher-order thinking skills, similar to those in the JEE Advanced exam.
- Strict Legal Punishments: Enforcing strict legal punishments will deter future incidents of unfair practices and uphold the integrity of the examination process.
- Although, Matter is in Supreme Court and let’s see what honourable supreme court direct the NTA and Government . People of this country are eagerly waiting for the decision of Supreme Court.
